Roasted Pepper Salad
    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. After roasting the peppers, cut them into chunks and arrange on a large plate or platter.
    2. Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar in a small bowl and drizzle over the peppers.
    3. Sprinkle with goat cheese, basil, and pine nuts.
