Almond Crunch Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2cup natural almond butter
- 1/4cup maple syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2cup oat flour (any flour will work)
- 1/4cup oat bran
- 1/2cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/4cup ground flax
- 1/4cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/4cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, until almond butter is soft. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together with your hands.

Roll mixture into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball.

Place the balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.

Store balls in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
