Almond Crunch Balls

Almond Crunch Balls

    Prep Time5 minutes
    Instructions
    1. In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, until almond butter is soft. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix together with your hands.
    2. Roll mixture into small balls, about the size of a ping pong ball.
    3. Place the balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
    4. Store balls in a Ziploc bag in the refrigerator or freezer.
