- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4cup cocoa powder

Instructions
-
Spray a round springform pan and line it with a circle of parchment paper. In a food processor or powerful blender (I used my Vitamix), lightly blend the pecans until crumbly. Add in the rest of the crust ingredients and lightly blend until just mixed. Scoop mixture into prepared pan and press down firmly and evenly with a spatula. Put in freezer to set.

Place all filling ingredients (expect chocolate chips) into your food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. In another bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave (checking every 30 seconds to make sure they aren't burning!). Pour melted chocolate into filling mixture and blend until smooth.
-
Remove crust from freezer and spoon filling onto crust. Smooth with a spatula.
-
Place in freezer for 2 hours to firm.
-
To serve, remove torte from freezer and let sit 5 - 10 minutes before serving.
