Glazed Sesame Chicken

Glazed Sesame Chicken

Instructions
  1. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and brown for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Add water, Sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger cooking on medium-high until liquid comes to a boil.
  4. Cover and reduce heat to a low simmer, allowing sauce to turn into a thick glaze. If glaze starts to burn, add more water!
  5. Cook until chicken is no longer pink (approximately 15 minutes).
  6. Transfer chicken to plates and spoon glaze on top. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds.
