Glazed Sesame Chicken

Ingredients
- 8, 4 ounce bonelessskinless chicken thighs
- 1/4cup water
- 2tsp Sriracha hot saucemore or less depending how spicy you want it
- 1/4cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2tsp honey
- 3whole garlic clovesminced
- 2tsp fresh gingerrootminced
- 1Tbsp chiveschopped
- 2tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat.

Add chicken thighs and brown for 3-4 minutes per side.

Add water, Sriracha, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger cooking on medium-high until liquid comes to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to a low simmer, allowing sauce to turn into a thick glaze. If glaze starts to burn, add more water!

Cook until chicken is no longer pink (approximately 15 minutes).

Transfer chicken to plates and spoon glaze on top. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds.
