Fat Burning Coconut Latte
A delicious and simple fat burning coffee idea.

Ingredients
- 10oz brewed coffee
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- 1tsp MCT oil
- 1tbsp heavy creamcan use nut milk to keep it dairy free
- 1tbsp collagen peptides
- 2drops liquid vanilla steviaoptional
Instructions

Add coffee, coconut oil, coconut butter, MCT oil, and milk to a blender. Blend on high for two minutes.

Reduce speed of blender to low and add collagen. Blend for 5 seconds.

Add stevia (if using) to bottom of mug and pour coconut coffee into mug.
