Clean Eating Gluten Free Brownies
Recipe adapted from Sugar Free Mom

    Ingredients
    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. To make a flax egg, in a small cup, mix 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 Tbps water. Let sit.
    3. In a bowl, whisk together coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla, applesauce, and flax egg.
    4. Add cocoa, flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, and stevia. Stir together.
    5. Stir in chocolate chips.
    6. Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
    7. Add batter to pan and use a spatula to spread batter evenly in pan.
    8. Bake for 20 minutes.
    9. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
