Overnight Oatmeal in a Jar

Ingredients
- 1/2cup rolled oats
- 1/2cup skim milk
- 1/4 - 1/3cup waterdepending how liquid-y you like your oats
- 1Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 bananathinly sliced
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3cup fresh blueberriesoptional
Instructions

Place all ingredients in your nearly empty nut butter jar.

Give mixture a stir and place in fridge overnight.

In the morning, remove jar from fridge and enjoy your oatmeal right out of the jar!
