Ginger Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
- 2, 4ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- 1 pizza cruststore-bought or homemade
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 2Tbsp fresh gingerrootminced
- 2cloves garlicminced
- 1/2 green bell pepperthinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepperthinly sliced
- 2 green onioncut into strips
- 1cup part-skim mozzarella cheesegrated
- dash red pepper flakes
Instructions

Brush chicken with Teriyaki sauce and grill on BBQ or broil in oven until chicken is fully cooked. Slice chicken into strips.

Preheat oven to 450 F. Brush pizza crust with sesame oil and sprinkle with ginger and garlic.

Top with chicken, peppers, and cheese.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is turning golden.
