Get into fat burning mode with my delicious Coconut Latte!

I’m sure if you read my blog, you’ve heard of bulletproof coffee!
I tried bulletproof coffee when I first started my low carb, high fat way of eating, and for some reason, it made me feel a little nauseous. I’m not sure if it’s the high amount of fat in it?
Ever since then, I’ve been exerimenting with making my own fatty coffees.
A Rocket Fuel Latte is still one of my favourites! But I wanted to make one with a little bit of coconut flavour in it.
I’m in LOVE with coconut butter! It’s my absolute favourite coconut product. I’ll add it on top of my Low Carb Oatmeal, or sometimes just eat it right out of the jar 
So I thought, why not add it to my morning fatty coffee?!
I’m so glad I did. This Fat Burning Coconut Latte is delicious and perfect when you’re someone who doesn’t like to eat a big breakfast. This coffee holds me over until I’m ready to eat, which is usually around 11:00 am.
I also love the collagen in it for my hair, skin, nails and gut healing properties.
- 10oz brewed coffee
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp coconut butter
- 1tsp MCT oil
- 2tbsp unsweetened almond milkcan use any nut milk to keep it dairy free
- 1tbsp Collagen Peptides
- 2drops liquid vanilla steviaoptional

Add coffee, coconut oil, coconut butter, MCT oil, and milk to a blender. Blend on high for two minutes.

Reduce speed of blender to low and add collagen. Blend for 5 seconds.

Add stevia (if using) to bottom of mug and pour coconut coffee into mug.
